In September of 2017, Rivers Agile promoted Keith Monahan from his previous role of Quality Assurance Consultant to Director of Quality Assurance Services. In his new role, Keith will be responsible for providing high-level strategy of QA process improvement and interfacing with clients to share best practices while delivering effective testing results. He will continue to build and manage an ever-growing Quality Assurance team as well as drive our custom QA service offerings.
Keith has been with Rivers Agile since 2014 and also developed the curriculum for the Core QA Boot Camp offered through the Rivers Agile Code School. He has been the lead instructor for four installments of the bootcamp and his graduates have gone on to take QA-related careers throughout the Pittsburgh area.

Before working at Rivers Agile, Keith spent five years at K&L Gates as a QA Test Engineer and the Quality Assurance Manager. Throughout his 20 year professional career, Keith has also held positions at Universal SmartComp, ECI Telecom, Black Box Network Services, and Cisco Systems.
When asked about his new position, Keith said, “I am honored to accept the promotion and I am excited to grow my career further by developing new Quality Assurance offerings and improving the quality of the software that Rivers Agile delivers.”
